- We will never email, call or otherwise ask you for your Login Name, Passcode or any other electronic banking credentials.
- You can protect yourself by implementing alternative risk control processes like making sure you choose a “strong” user name, with a mix of lower and upper case letters, numerals and characters.
- Periodically changing your login name (ex: every 90, or 120 days)
- Never give out your login name or passcode.
- Having current anti-virus, anti-malware and a firewall in place on your computer.
- Logging off the system when you’re done conducting business.
- Monitoring your account activity on a regular basis.
